AMI expresses solidarity with Manchester bombing victims

WASHINGTON D.C. American Muslims Institution strongly condemns the bombing outside the Manchester arena, which killed 22 people including young attendees of a cultural show.

“There can be absolutely no justification for attacks against innocent civilians, and AMI believes such dastardly acts of terror are totally unacceptable,” President Dr. Islam Siddiqui said.

“We stand in complete solidarity with victims and their relatives, who mourn the loss of life, and reiterate our belief that the killing of innocent people violates the basic principles of Islam, which urges respect for life, property and honor of all human beings irrespective of their color or creed,” Siddiqui said in a statement.
