Roushan Islam, a transplant New Yorker from The Bronx, works in Application Security for a prominent law firm in Washington DC. Roushan used to run the multimedia department for Northwestern’s Medill School of Journalism, creating and managing websites for both the university and students, as they enter the work force. He is a founding member of Serve A Meal, a non-profit organization in northern Virginia providing hot meals to the homeless in Washington DC.
